It is hosted on world class Azure: Microsoft's Cloud Platform
and connects remotely with
FSBO-Real Estate websites through API.
After registration you (Webmaster) will get API key and installation instructions.
When integration is complete eNegotiate (or Make Offer ) button will appear on your “Website Pages”.
Buyers will be able to make online offers and sellers will be able to respond online to those offers.
We can integrate the tool in your website if you do not have your own developers.

Process for Seller-Part A

When Seller lists item for sale in your website,
eNegotiate link is automatically generated on following pages:

 For Buyer- On property details page (Of your website).
For Seller- On Seller page (Of your website).


Process for Buyer

Buyer likes a property for sale,

visits the property & makes online offer by clicking on eNegotiate. 

Buyer instantly sees position (Ranking) of his offer whether it is highest or not.

Buyer can increase his offer right away.

Buyer gets email if someone else makes higher offer.

Buyer’s offer & Seller’s response are organized on “Buyer’s Negotiation Page”.


Buyer can:

Edit offer, Delete Offer, Counter Offer, Accept Offer.

Communicate with Seller from this page till both reach

mutually agreed Price & Terms.

Walk away anytime and not obliged to buy.

mutually agreed Price & Terms.

Stop negotiation anytime.
